Our 2026 Vendor application and vending information can be found here.
Cost: $275 per table plus sales tax.
Includes (1) 6’ x 30” table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor passes, and access to venue WiFi.
To maximize vendor space, we are only offering single tables at this time. Vendors who wish to have additional tables will have their request added to a waitlist.

Two vendors may share one table. One vendor must submit a single application on behalf of both vendors, including information for both.
While donations are not required, NYC Doll Convention is extremely grateful for any donations from our vendors for our raffles, prizes, VIP swag bags, volunteer thank you bags, for use in event programming, or photosets.
Vendor tables are not first come, first served.
NYC Doll Convention is a curated event.
We will send out vendor approvals by September 15th, 2025.
